I have a genuine interest in people and pride myself on creatively tailoring personalised, fun and meaningful ceremonies.
I'm a LGBTQI+ inclusive celebrant who is pro diversity of bodies, genders, relationships and nationalities - Love comes in all forms and should always be celebrated!
Be it a legal marriage, vow renewal, adventure elopement or perhaps you'd like me to stay on as your MC for your wedding day - I will work with you to create the perfect ceremony to capture the emotion and vibe for your special day.
I bring to any event an energetic flair paired with a sense of compassion and humour delivering attention to detail with my past experience working in event management and legal administration.
My passion for music and travel means there is no destination too far, no mountain too high if it means you get to celebrate in the most perfect location. The sound equipment I provide for my ceremonies is of the highest quality so your guests are guaranteed to hear your entire ceremony from start to finish.

Have you ever had that feeling that you are meant to be doing something? Well that’s how I feel about being a Celebrant!
I’m not an artist, I cannot draw or paint. I’m not great at technology (sometimes), I’m an average cook and don’t really bake. But my creative trick is I can write, I can put words together. My imagination doesn’t stretch to a book but in short, simple pieces – like a ceremony, just for you. Helping you find the right words to say when you want to say 'I do'.
Seeing two people, such as yourselves fall in love, and wanting to spend the rest of your life with them, and declare your love for one another through marriage is one of life’s greatest, and simplest pleasures!
I don’t think I will ever get sick of two people standing there, telling each other how much they mean to one another, how much they love each other, care for each other and support each other. Truth be told it’s the best part of the whole day.
I was born in 88, live in Brisbane, drink long black coffee, my wine of choice is Shiraz.
I love earrings and my music taste resembles a broken juke box.
I love meeting new people and could talk under water matched by my incredible memory and listening skills. That sums me up.
My purpose though, is to get to know you!
I want to hear all about how you met, what your most memorable moment was, the quirks that bring you together and how you complement one another.
I’ll take all of those words and put them together to form a memorable, joyous and most importantly fun ceremony!

Get to know Danielle in 30 seconds....
Q: WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU'RE NOT CELEBRANTING?
A: When I am not hitching loved up couples you'll find me relaxing with family or playing host to a spontaneous dance party in my living room with my kids, heading off to a live gig with a beer or on the very rare occasion enjoying the slower pace at a yoga class and planning my next adventure abroad.
Q: YOU TRAVEL ALOT BUT WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
A: I'm a free-spirited nomad at heart, but have recently grounded with the love of my life, our two boys and Weimaraner in the Moreton Bay, North Brisbane Region.
Q: TELL US ABOUT YOUR EARLIER YEARS?
A: Although I did grow up in our area, I've lived abroad in the UK for 5 years and travelled to over 22 countries. Be warned if you mention travel I'll get stuck talking about travel or the backpacking/hiking trip I was suppose to take in January 2021 to South America, which I've only been talking about doing for 12 years and was sooooo close (Aghhh COVID that gift that just kept giving).
Q: WHERE WAS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE OVERSEAS TRIP?
A: My most memorable overseas trip was to Uganda, Africa in 2018, where I was apart of a team of five volunteers who raised $6500 each to contribute towards a learning centre, and taught on the ground locals vital business skills required as a part of the plan for the learning centre to become self sustainable in another few years time. Such a rewarding experience!
Q: HAVE YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO BE A CELEBRANT?
A: I've worn many hats over the years, it's actually quite comical it's taken me this long to work out what I want to do when I grow up - What can I say, I live life to the fullest and work to live, not live to work. But in saying this, I am so thankful that it's given me the vital experience required to make my role as a celebrant such a success and an enjoyable and stress-free experience for my couples.
Q: WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR ROLE AS A CELEBRANT?
A: I really enjoy getting to know people. Everyone has something amazing inside of them to share, sometimes you just need to ask the right questions and listen - I mean really listen. Being able to pull things from them and put together something that is so important, it really is an honor and a responsibility I take seriously, whilst we have a lot of fun in the process of course!
Q: ARE YOU AN INTROVERT OR EXTROVERT?
A: Have you herd of Myers Brigg's? Google it! We'll I'm an ENFP and yep a little of both intro and extroverted - The older I get, the more I enjoy my own company.
Q: TELL US SOMETHING RANDOM PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU?
A: I'm the perfect blend of the Minogue sisters.... Same name as Danni, Same height as Kylie (Not even kidding you!)
Q: SOMEONE TOLD ME YOU WERE AN OLD SOUL, WHY IS THAT?
A: Well... I love drinking endless cups of tea, enjoy music created long before my time, pottering in the garden and really enjoy the company and lessons learnt from older generations.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR VALUES?
A: I am currently working on living in a more mindful minimalist way. It's a challenge, but no one's perfect am I right?!
I believe in honesty, authenticity and that KINDNESS is free so sprinkle that shit everywhere!

Q: WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU'RE NOT CELEBRANTING?
A: I do enjoy a good cup of coffee, so you will see my daily at my local haunt getting my caffeine fix, but if I’m not working on a wedding, I’m managing the daily chaos of being a girl mum, and singing a lot of car pool karaoke with them. As well as trying to work my way through my ever growing bucket list of things we want to see, do and experience!
I’m also a bit of a competition geek, and have been known to win a few things from time to time.
Q: YOU TRAVEL ALOT BUT WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
A: I’m in Brisbane, I have lived in a few different places in Australia, but Brisbane just felt like home, and so I made it one and set up shop with my numero uno. Where we also run another business.
Q: TELL US ABOUT YOUR EARLIER YEARS?
A: Pre-Children you would find me at a pool, or in a gym, or training for a fun run, fun triathlon, social sporting event etc etc etc. I hung up the competitive side of my sporting endeavours when I hit 20 and other things started calling my soul. I also spent a few years climbing the corporate ladder in Banking and Finance. I feel like I have lived a few different lives already.
Q: WHERE WAS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE OVERSEAS TRIP?
A: Trekking the Kokoda Trail in Papua New Guinea. It was incredibly moving, challenging, enjoyable and emotional.
Q: HAVE YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO BE A CELEBRANT?
A: I used to marry people in the playground a primary school, so I guess you could say that.
Q: WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR ROLE AS A CELEBRANT?
A: Easy answer. The people I meet. It amazes me they way that people find their way to each other.
Q: ARE YOU AN INTROVERT OR EXTROVERT?
A: The Extroverted introvert!
Q: TELL US SOMETHING RANDOM PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU?
A: My engagement ring got shot up into space. (True Story, check out B105 Stav, Abbey & Matt out of this world proposal).
